Standard Kit Coverage Rates: (approximately 1/2 gallon)
T-bar/Back-roll or Roll/Back-roll = 250-400 Sq. Ft.
Rolling method = 150-250 Sq. Ft.
(The Rolling Process is not recommended when using EPIC Matte or Ultra Grip Additives)
Contractor Kit Coverage Rates: (approximately 1 gallon)
T-bar/Back-roll or Roll/Back-roll = 500-800 Sq. Ft.
Rolling method = 300-500 Sq. Ft.

EPIC Tile & Grout is available in Gloss and Matte sheens. A semi-gloss appearance may be achieved using Ultra Grip Fine or Medium Additives.
